Standard Delivery

Once your item has been personalised & packed with love, it’s time for it to be dispatched to you. We use a variety of couriers so delivery times may vary depending on which product you’ve ordered and which shipping service you have selected. If you have ordered multiple items on one order, they may arrive at different times. A majority of products are sent from our warehouse in East Sussex, UK. Every item we send from our warehouse is sent on a tracked service usually via Royal Mail or DPD.

Please note that if items are returned to us by the courier due to them not being collected, we ask that the customer covers the cost of re-delivery.

Delivery Times

Most of our items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. This can increase at busy times of the year such as Christmas. On some items you will have the option to upgrade to ‘express’. This means we prioritise your order, personalising and dispatching your order within 24 hours (weekdays) since purchasing, ideal if you’ve left things a little last minute! This will be shown when ordering but any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All delivery times will be shown when ordering & you must tick the box at checkout to say you’ve agreed to them when ordering. All delivery times are an estimate & items are made to reach you on or before the maximum delivery times stated on the product. However, Love Unique Personal cannot be held responsible for orders that may arrive later than the estimated delivery times. Refunds or compensation are not given if an item is delayed due to a courier. If there are any delays with your order that we are aware of, we will do our best to contact you via the email address and/or phone number provided by you at checkout.

Any missing deliveries must be reported within 10 days of your dispatch/order complete email as following this time we may not be able to trace them.

We recommend ordering in plenty of time if the item is a gift for an occasion to allow for any unforeseen courier or other delays.
