We’ve got some exciting news to share – we have been chosen as Feefo 2023 Platinum Service Award Winners! for our customer service in 2022!

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is the ultimate accolade for customer service, recognising brands that continue to deliver exceptional customer service, year after year. So far, we have received 2840 reviews from or customers. 2,352 of those have been 5 star reviews!

To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1st January 2021 and 31st December 2022 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 for three consecutive years – which we’ve done!
